...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET OCCURRING ACROSS THE NORTHERN
FLORIDA PARISHES AND SOUTHWEST MISSISSIPPI...

TEMPERATURES HAVE FALLEN A BIT FASTER THAN FORECAST ACROSS THE
NORTHERN FLORIDA PARISHES AND PARTS OF SOUTHWEST MISSISSIPPI THAT
ARE EAST OF THE INTERSTATE 55 CORRIDOR. THIS HAS RESULTED IN
PRECIPITATION THAT HAS STARTED TO FALL AS LIGHT FREEZING RAIN AND
SLEET WHICH WILL CONTINUE UNTIL PRECIPITATION COMES TO AN END FROM
WEST TO EAST LATER THIS AFTERNOON. WITH THE GROUND BEING WARM FROM
THE LAST FEW DAYS...NO SIGNIFICANT ICE ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED
AND IMPACT IF ANY SHOULD BE MINIMAL. HOWEVER...SOME GLAZING WILL
BE POSSIBLE ON ELEVATED SURFACES.
