HEAVY RAIN WILL AFFECT SOUTHERN WASHINGTON...SOUTHWESTERN
WESTMORELAND...NORTHERN GREENE AND FAYETTE COUNTIES...

At 608 PM EST, radar indicated a line of showers located along a
line extending from near East Washington to 6 miles south of
Washington to 10 miles east of Valley Grove. Movement was east at 55
mph.

Wind gusts up to 45 mph are possible with these storms.

California...                     Donora...
Scottdale...                      Charleroi...
Masontown...                      Bentleyville...
Brownsville...                    Fredericktown-Millsboro...

This includes the following highways...
  Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 23 and 46.
  Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 14 and 21.

Torrential rainfall also is occurring with these storms and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
