13 MILES NORTHEAST OF MENARD...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

* THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...

HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON AREA ROADWAYS...
