SYNOPSIS
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GAYLORD MI
247 PM EDT FRI JUL 31 2015

A FAIRLY STATIONARY PATTERN IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES AND
UPPER MIDWEST THROUGH THE WEEKEND...WITH AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE
OVER THE PLAINS AND OHIO VALLEY WHILE A STORM SYSTEM REMAINS
ANCHORED OVER HUDSON BAY. THIS PATTERN WILL GENERATE NEARLY SEASONAL
LATE JULY AND EARLY AUGUST TEMPERATURES ACROSS NORTHERN MICHIGAN
THROUGH THE WEEKEND.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT...WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 50S TO THE MID
60S STATEWIDE.

HIGH TEMPERATURES SATURDAY...WILL RANGE FROM THE 70S NORTH...TO THE
80S SOUTH.

THE HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK FOR NORTHERN LOWER AND EASTERN UPPER
MICHIGAN.

THE COMBINATION OF WARM TEMPERATURES...GUSTY WINDS...AND RECENT DRY
WEATHER WILL CONTRIBUTE TO ELEVATED FIRE DANGER THIS AFTERNOON.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHEAST LOWER MICHIGAN THROUGH
MID AFTERNOON. SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED.
