WAS LOCATED BY SATELLITE NEAR LATITUDE 13.6 DEGREES NORTH AND
LONGITUDE 137.8 DEGREES EAST.

TROPICAL STORM RAMMASUN IS MOVING WEST AT 23 MPH...THIS GENERAL
MOTION IS EXPECTED THROUGH AT LEAST TUESDAY WITH A DECREASE IN
FOWARD SPEED.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS REMAIN AT 40 MPH. SLOW INTENSIFICATION IS
EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS AS RAMMASUN CROSSES THE
PHILIPPINE SEA.
