SNOWFALL RATES THROUGH THE DAY. THE NEXT BEST CHANCE FOR SNOW WILL THEN ARRIVE
THURSDAY...CHRISTMAS DAY...AS ANOTHER MOIST TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE
