* IMPACTS...HEAVY SNOW WILL BE DIFFICULT TO MANAGE. TRAVEL WILL
  BE HAZARDOUS. VISIBILITY WILL BE LIMITED IN HEAVIER SNOW
  SHOWERS.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...COLD TEMPERATURES NEAR -10 DEGREES ALONG
  WITH NORTH WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WILL PRODUCE WIND CHILL
  VALUES BETWEEN -30 AND -40 DEGREES.

* TIMING...SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...THERE WILL BE A RISK OF FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF
  PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. PERSONS SHOULD WEAR WARM PROTECTIVE
  CLOTHING IF THEY MUST VENTURE OUTSIDE FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF
  TIME.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

AN ADVISORY MEANS DANGEROUS WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES ARE ALREADY
OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.

EXPOSED SKIN IN THE ADVISORY AREA WILL BECOME FROSTBITTEN IN
30 MINUTES.
