6 PM EST TUESDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BINGHAMTON HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 6 PM EST TUESDAY. THE WINTER STORM
WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* LOCATIONS...PIKE COUNTY PA AND SULLIVAN COUNTY NY.

* HAZARDS...HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...5 TO 10 INCHES OF SNOW...HEAVIEST IN EASTERN
  PORTIONS OF PIKE AND SULLIVAN COUNTIES.

* IMPACTS...VERY DIFFICULT TRAVEL ESPECIALLY TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY WITH
  SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LOW VISIBILITY.

* TIMING...ONLY LIGHT SNOW TODAY...THEN SNOW BECOMING HEAVY AT
  TIMES TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY AS THE STORM STRENGTHENS.

* TEMPERATURES...MAINLY UPPER TEENS TO LOW 20S.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH LATE TODAY INTO TONIGHT...BECOMING
  NORTH-NORTHWEST TUESDAY WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* IMPACTS...DIFFICULT TRAVEL ESPECIALLY TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY WITH
