EFFECT SNOW WARNING.

  ONONDAGA AND MADISON COUNTIES.

* HAZARD TYPES...LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS GENERALLY WEAKENING WITH MOST
  AREAS ONLY SEEING AT MOST ANOTHER COUPLE INCHES OF NEW SNOW
  TONIGHT. THUS, THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING IS NO LONGER
  WARRANTIED. HOWEVER WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO RESULT IN SOME
  BLOWING SNOW TONIGHT. BITTERLY COLD TEMPERATURES AND WIND CHILLS
  ARE EXPECTED SATURDAY INTO SUNDAY.
