.HEAVY SNOW...BETWEEN 6 AND 10 INCHES...WILL ACCUMULATE OVER MANY
PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA INTO THE UPPER JAMES RIVER
VALLEY TUESDAY AFTERNOON. THIS INCLUDES THE CARRINGTON...HARVEY...
RUGBY...TOWNER...BOTTINEAU...AND ROLLA AREAS. A WINTER STORM
WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THESE LOCATIONS.

BETWEEN 2 AND 5 INCHES OF SNOW WILL ACCUMULATE OVER PORTIONS OF
NORTHWEST INTO SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA. THIS INCLUDES THE
JAMESTOWN...LINTON...WISHEK...FORT YATES...CARSON...
BISMARCK...GARRISON...MINOT AND CROSBY AREAS. A WINTER WEATHER
