A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW REMAINS IN
EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CST THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO AN INCH OF ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION.

* WINDS...NORTH WINDS 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH. THIS WILL
  RESULT IN SUBSTANTIAL BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW...WITH
  VISIBILITIES DROPPING TO NEAR A HALF MILE AT TIMES. STRONG WINDS
  MAY ALSO LEAD TO DOWNED TREE LIMBS AND SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES.
  WINDS WILL SUBSIDE AFTER 9 PM.

* TEMPERATURES...RAPIDLY FALLING INTO THE LOWER AND MIDDLE 20S THIS
  AFTERNOON...WHICH MAY CAUSE QUICK FREEZING OF SLUSH AND WATER ON
  ROADWAYS. ANY UNTREATED ROADWAYS COULD BECOME VERY SLICK.

A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW...
SLEET...OR ICE ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. STRONG WINDS ARE ALSO
