THIS EVENING TO 10 PM AKDT TUESDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FAIRBANKS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS
EVENING TO 10 PM AKDT TUESDAY.

* LOCATION...ABOVE 1500 FEET.

* SNOW...WITH STORM TOTALS 4 TO 6 INCHES.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT OVER THE DALTON HIGHWAY
  AND SPREAD EAST TO THE CANADIAN BORDER BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON.
  THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL BE TUESDAY. SNOW WILL TAPER OFF FROM THE
  WEST TUESDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...HEAVY SNOW WILL MAKE TRAVEL ABOVE 1500 FEET
  DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY IN ATIGUN PASS. LOWER AMOUNTS OF SNOW
  WILL FALL BELOW 1500 FEET.
