* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 expected.

* WHERE...Northwest Plateau, including areas along the San Juan
  River from Shiprock to Farmington.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* WHERE...Central Highlands, East Slopes Sangre de Cristo Mountains,
  Glorieta Mesa Including Glorieta Pass, Southern Sangre de Cristo
  Mountains, and Northeast Highlands.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds and patchy
  blowing dust on area roadways. This includes portions of I-25
  south of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and I-40 near Clines
  Corners.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

* WHAT...East winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...Middle Rio Grande Valley including the Albuquerque Metro
  Area.

* WHEN...From Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
  for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will focus immediately
  below the Tijeras Canyon in eastern Albuquerque.
