.DISCUSSION...

Showers and thunderstorms will be moving out of Bradford County
this evening by around 10 pm with low clouds and hill top fog
through about 4am. North to northwest winds will be breezy late
tonight into the morning hours before day time mixing will cause
the winds to slow down around noon as the clouds clear. As high
pressure builds in tomorrow afternoon, winds continue to become
lighter through the afternoon and also become more variable. Winds
do pick up after a surface inversion forms Wednesday night around
9 pm but wind direction will be out of the SW at 10 mph on hill
tops.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Showers with
                    thunderstorms likely.
CWR.................0 percent increasing to 85 percent.
