Increasing rain chances return late tonight through Monday, with
highest chances along the International Border in northern North
Dakota and northern Minnesota. Overnight lows will range in the
30s and 40s.

Strong west to northwest winds are expected on Monday with highs
from the upper 50s in southern Saskatchewan to the lower 70s in
southern Minnesota. Drier conditions then return midweek, with
temperatures warming above normal, before chances for rain and a
few thunderstorms return for the end of the work week.
