The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northeastern Jefferson County in central Alabama...

* Until 915 AM CDT.

* At 830 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Dallas to Dora, moving southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Homewood, Mountain Brook,
  Trussville, Gardendale, Irondale, Leeds, Moody, Fairfield,
  Fultondale, Center Point, Clay, Pinson, Tarrant, Adamsville,
  Warrior, Kimberly, and Graysville.
