Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Southeast winds will increase this morning, becoming
moderate to fresh. Small Craft Advisory conditions are possible
through tonight across the offshore Gulf waters. A cold front
will arrive early Wednesday, bringing moderate to strong north
winds and supporting adverse marine conditions into Thursday.
Patchy fog may reduce visibility this morning across portions of
the bay and nearshore waters. There is a chance of thunderstorms
late tonight. Marine conditions will improve Thursday night
through Friday night, with increasing winds over the weekend.
