...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 12 and 20
  inches expected, with locally higher amounts over the highest
  peaks.

* WHERE...In Montana, Absaroka/Beartooth Mountains, Crazy Mountains,
  and Pryor/Northern Bighorn Mountains. In Wyoming, Northeast
  Bighorn Mountains.

* WHEN...Until noon MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Recreation in the high country will be impacted by heavy
  accumulating snow. Travel will be very difficult to impossible.
  Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will increase tonight and continue into
  Thursday morning, mainly on north and northwest facing slopes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. For the latest road
conditions, call 5 1 1.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM MDT EARLY THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Snow and mixed rain and snow is occurring. Winds gusting 40
  to 50 mph creating blowing snow. Snow accumulations up to 2 inches.

* WHERE...Judith Gap.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT early this morning.

* IMPACTS...Roads will likely become slick and hazardous. Widespread
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility to under a half
  mile at times. Strong winds will make travel for high profile
  vehicles difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel overnight will be difficult due to
  limited visibility and strong winds. The precipitation is expected
  to change back over to mostly rain by morning.

Slow down and use caution while traveling. For the latest road
conditions, call 5 1 1.
