...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow possible. Total snow
  accumulations of 4 to 7 inches possible. Winds could gust as
  high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Dawes County and Northern Sioux County in the northern
  Nebraska Panhandle.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous travel conditions due to icy, snow packed
  roads and reduced visibilities in falling and blowing snow.
