CENTRAL...SOUTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL KANSAS.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS COULD PRODUCE CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING
EARLY THIS MORNING. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. LIGHTNING
AND HEAVY RAIN APPEAR TO BE THE GREATEST THREATS AT THIS TIME.
LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
