Strong southeast winds will develop today, leading to elevated fire
weather conditions across far southwest Kansas in areas where the
afternoon relative humidity falls to below 30 percent.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Days 2-7 Discussion
-------------------
Elevated to potentially critical fire weather conditions
will develop on Wednesday ahead of a vigorous, fast-moving
storm system as temperatures warm into the 70s and afternoon
relative humidity falls into the teens. There is still some
uncertainty regarding how strong the winds will be, but they
could be strong enough to put areas of southwest Kansas into
critical fire weather category.
