MID AND HIGH CLOUDS KEPT SKIES PARTLY CLOUDY ACROSS SOUTHWEST
KANSAS OVERNIGHT, WHILE THE REST OF THE STATE REMAINED MOSTLY
CLEAR. LOW TEMPERATURES THIS MORNING RANGED FROM THE UPPER 50S IN
WESTERN KANSAS, TO THE MID AND UPPER 60S IN CENTRAL AND EASTERN
KANSAS.

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL DROP SOUTH ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND
CENTRAL PLAINS TODAY AND TONIGHT, WHILE A SURFACE COLD FRONT DROPS
SOUTH ACROSS KANSAS BY THIS EVENING. THIS FRONT WILL BRING A
SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS TO SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST
KANSAS LATER THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT. SOME OF THESE STORMS
WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SOME LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.

HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL REACH INTO THE MID TO UPPER 90S IN
SOUTHWEST AND CENTRAL KANSAS, WITH LOW 90S IN THE REST OF THE
STATE. LOWS TONIGHT WILL DROP INTO THE LOW TO MID 60S ACROSS
KANSAS.
