REMNANT CLOUDS FROM THE EARLIER THUNDERSTORMS IN EASTERN COLORADO
KEPT SKIES PARTLY CLOUDY WITH MID AND HIGH CLOUDS ACROSS WESTERN
KANSAS OVERNIGHT. LOW TEMPERATURES THIS MORNING RANGED FROM THE
MID 60S IN EASTERN COLORADO AND SOUTHERN NEBRASKA, TO THE MID 70S
FROM NORTH CENTRAL THROUGH SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE TROUGH WILL DROP SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE
NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS THIS EVENING, WHILE A SURFACE COLD
FRONT DROPS SOUTH ACROSS KANSAS AND INTO OKLAHOMA BY THIS EVENING.
THIS WILL BRING A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS TO THE SOUTHERN
PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS FROM LATE THIS
AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT. SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING LARGE HAIL.

HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 80S IN EXTREME
NORTHEAST KANSAS, TO AROUND 100 IN SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST
KANSAS. LOWS TONIGHT WILL DROP INTO THE LOW TO MID 60S IN NORTHERN
KANSAS, WITH UPPER 60S TO LOW 70S ACROSS THE REST OF THE STATE.
