Mostly cloudy skies prevailed across western Kansas this afternoon
and evening. High temperatures ranged from the mid 40s in northwest
Kansas to the upper 50s in south central Kansas.

A southwesterly flow aloft will develop across the Western High
Plains overnight as a strong upper level trough of low pressure
pushes eastward across the Great Basin and the Desert Southwest.
At the surface, a broad area of high pressure will move east
across the Northern Plains through early Monday morning. Mostly
cloudy skies will persist overnight while light southeasterly
winds develop as a surface low in south central Colorado edges
slowly eastward. Near seasonal temperatures can be expected
tonight.

Low temperatures tonight will range from the lower 20s in
northeast Colorado to the upper 30s in central Oklahoma. Lows in
Kansas will range from the mid 20s in northwest Kansas to the mid
30s in south central Kansas. High temperatures Monday will range
from the mid 20s in northeast Colorado to the mid 60s in southeast
Oklahoma. Highs in Kansas will range from the lower 30s in northwest
Kansas to the mid 50s in southeast Kansas.
