SKIES ACROSS SOUTHWEST KANSAS REMAINED PARTLY CLOUDY TODAY AS HIGH
CLOUDS STREAMED NORTH FROM OKLAHOMA. HIGH TEMPERATURES REACHED INTO
THE MID TO UPPER 70S IN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS, WHILE LOW 70S WERE THE
RULE ACROSS THE REST OF THE STATE.

UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING WILL BUILD ACROSS THE PLAINS
STATES TOMORROW, AS THE WEAKENING UPPER LEVEL TROUGH EXTENDING FROM
EASTERN KANSAS SOUTHWEST INTO TEXAS MOVES OFF TO THE EAST. A
DEVELOPING SURFACE LOW PRESSURE TROUGH TO THE LEE OF THE ROCKIES
WILL STRENGTHEN OVERNIGHT, THEN MOVE INTO WESTERN KANSAS TOMORROW
MORNING. NO SIGNIFICANT WEATHER IS EXPECTED ACROSS KANSAS THROUGH
TOMORROW, WITH TEMPERATURES REMAINING ABOVE NORMAL.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL DROP INTO THE LOW 40S IN NORTHERN AND
WESTERN KANSAS, WITH MID TO UPPER 40S IN CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST
KANSAS. HIGHS TOMORROW WILL REACH THE UPPER 70S TO LOW 80S FROM
NORTH CENTRAL THROUGH WESTERN KANSAS, WITH LOW TO MID 70S IN THE
REST OF THE STATE.
