SKIES WERE CLEAR ACROSS WESTERN KANSAS DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.
LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM 31 DEGREES AT HILL CITY TO 37 DEGREES
AT DODGE CITY.

A WEAK UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS KANSAS AND THE
SOUTHERN PLAINS TONIGHT.  A SURFACE TROUGH IN THE LEE OF THE ROCKIES
WILL STRENGTHEN THIS AFTERNOON AND MOVE VERY LITTLE TONIGHT.  A
WARMING TREND WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS THE REGION.  MOST
OF THE CENTRAL PLAINS CAN EXPECT MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES THROUGH TONIGHT.
 CLOUDS WILL BE CONFINED TO THE TEXAS PANHANDLE AND OKLAHOMA.

HIGH TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 60S TO
THE MID 70S.  LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 30S IN CENTRAL
NEBRASKA TO AROUND 50 IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA.
