THE EVENING THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS MOVED OFF TO
THE EAST OVERNIGHT, WHILE LOW CLOUDS BEHIND THE COLD FRONT DROPPED
SOUTH ACROSS WESTERN KANSAS. LOW TEMPERATURES DROPPED INTO THE LOW
50S TO AROUND 60 IN NORTHWEST KANSAS, WITH MID 60S TO MID 70S FROM
SOUTHWEST THROUGH EASTERN KANSAS.

AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE TROUGH WILL CROSS KANSAS THIS AFTERNOON
INTO THIS EVENING, WHILE SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING BUILDS SOUTH
ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS. LITTLE SIGNIFICANT WEATHER
IS EXPECTED ACROSS SOUTHWEST KANSAS THROUGH TOMORROW, WITH
TEMPERATURES DROPPING TO WELL BELOW NORMAL LEVELS.

HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL ONLY REACH INTO THE UPPER 60S ACROSS
NORTHERN KANSAS, WITH LOW TO MID 70S ACROSS THE SOUTHERN TWO THIRDS
OF THE STATE. LOWS TONIGHT WILL DROP INTO THE UPPER 40S TO LOW 50S
ACROSS ALL BUT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF KANSAS, WHERE LOWS WILL BE IN
THE MID 50S.
