...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN HAMILTON COUNTY THROUGH
530 PM MDT...

At 459 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles northeast of Coolidge, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northern Hamilton
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM MDT for
southwestern Kansas.
