...GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN HAMILTON...NORTHERN
KEARNY...NORTHWESTERN FINNEY AND SCOTT COUNTIES THROUGH 1100 PM
CDT/1000 PM MDT/...

At 1015 PM CDT/915 PM MDT/, the public reported gusty outflow winds
from thunderstorms along a line extending from 11 miles north of
Scott State Lake to 10 miles northeast of Leoti to 8 miles southeast
of Tribune. Movement was southwest at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...55 mph gusts from the outflow boundary at Kansas mesonet
         site 3 WSW Russell Springs.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Scott State Lake around 1020 PM CDT.
  Modoc around 1030 PM CDT.
