...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL KIOWA AND
NORTHWESTERN COMANCHE COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM CDT...

At 318 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm very
near Protection, moving northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Coldwater around 325 PM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for south central
and southwestern Kansas.
