...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN TREGO COUNTY
THROUGH 1030 PM CDT...

At 1000 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Wakeeney, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Trego
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for central and
west central Kansas.
