* TIMING...MIDNIGHT THROUGH 10 AM CDT MONDAY MORNING.

* SNOW...ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE.

* MAIN IMPACT...HIGHWAYS MAY BECOME SNOW PACKED AND SLICK.

* OTHER IMPACTS...NORTH WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO
  35 MPH MAY REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN ONE MILE AT TIMES.
