* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE. BRIEF
  PERIODS OF FREEZING DRIZZLE OR SLEET ARE POSSIBLE EARLY IN THE
  EVENING WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR VERY LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS.

* MAIN IMPACT...SNOW COVERED ROADS COULD MAKE FOR SLICK DRIVING
  CONDITIONS OVERNIGHT. LIGHT RAIN AND DRIZZLE WILL BE POSSIBLE
  INITIALLY WHICH MAY THEN FREEZE OVERNIGHT LEADING TO SLICK
