.DISCUSSION...

Temperatures warm to the lower 70s while dry conditions will
support RH values in the 20 to 24 percent range in the area of the
spot located in the Tewaukon National Wildlife Refuge in southeast
ND. Winds shouldn`t be as strong, though a few gusts around 15
mph may be be possible from the northwest then north during the
afternoon. Rain chances increase later tonight into Monday, with
the wettest days Monday night through Tuesday night. There is a 90
percent chance for wetting rain, and a 50 percent chance for at
least 1 inch of rain in southeast North Dakota during the Monday
night through Tuesday night period.
