At 728 PM CDT, Emergency Management reported that flooding has improved, however flooding of low lying and/or poor drainage areas may continue for a few hours until the water has had a chance to recede. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low lying areas.
