nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
High pressure will remain far NE of the area during the next
couple of days as a weak front lingers along the NW boundary of
the area. Stronger high pressure will build N of the area late
Wednesday and Thursday.
