...The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a
Flood Advisory for the following rivers in Texas...

  Trinity River near Romayor affecting Polk, San Jacinto and
  Liberty Counties.

For the Trinity River...including Crockett, Riverside, Romayor,
Goodrich, Liberty, Moss Bluff...elevated river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Trinity River near Romayor.

* WHEN...From this evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 40.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins as livestock
  and equipment near the river are endangered and communities in
  Liberty are threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 39.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 32.9 feet Monday
    evening.
  - Action stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
