down to Oswego. Refer to the latest flood warning statement for

A few strong storms with small hail and wind gusts to 50 mph will

Additional strong to marginally severe storms will be possible this
afternoon for locations mainly east of the Kansas turnpike with the
main risks being up to quarter size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

Locally heavy rainfall is possible as well across the Flint Hills
and southeast Kansas late this afternoon and early evening, which
could renew flooding in some areas.

There is a chance for strong to severe storms on Friday night,
mainly west of the Kansas turnpike. The main risks will be nickel
size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

Periodic chances for thunderstorms will continue across the area
