.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions and partly cloudy skies are forecast today following
the cold frontal passage overnight. Northerly winds near 10 mph will
help keep high temperatures near 70 degrees today. Onshore winds and
sunny skies Tuesday will allow temperatures to warm up into the mid 70s.
