...Areas of Dense River Valley Fog Early this Morning...

Fog, some dense, has developed early this morning, primarily in
the river valleys. Localized visibility reductions to one quarter
mile or less are possible. Motorists traveling through the river
valleys should be prepared for quick changes in visibility this
morning. Be sure to slow down and use low beam headlights when
encountering dense fog. The fog will thin and dissipate after
sunrise.
