* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Major flooding in Lakeview Estates.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 6.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 6.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.5
    feet Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
