The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Central Frederick County in northwestern Virginia...
  The City of Winchester in northwestern Virginia...
  East central Hampshire County in eastern West Virginia...

* Until 130 PM EDT.

* At 107 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles north of
  Star Tannery, or 15 miles southwest of Greenwood, moving southeast
  at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches
           to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as
           damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by
           downed trees. Localized power outages are possible.
           Unsecured light objects may become projectiles.

* Locations impacted include...
  Winchester, Millwood Pike, Stephens City, Capon Bridge, High View,
  High View Manor, Gainesboro, Cedar Grove, Stephenson, Cedar Hill,
  Rock Enon Springs, Albin, Gore, Timber Ridge, and Clear Brook.
