.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS... A thermal
trough builds today, sustaining gusty north winds through most of
the week. Advisory conditions due to gusty winds and steep seas
are expected mainly south of Cape Blanco, but could expand farther
north on Wednesday as the thermal trough peaks. Conditions should
improve toward the end of the week.
