* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28.

* WHERE...Along and south of a line from Madison to the Twin Cities
  in Minnesota and over to Chippewa Falls in Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other
  sensitive vegetation.
