At 846 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Dizney, or 8 miles north of Jonesville, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Pennington Gap, St. Charles, Duffield, Clinchport, Jasper, Dryden,
and Pattonsville.
