.Synopsis...A trough over the central waters will shift W tonight
as high pressure builds northeast of the state. The trough will
amplify W of the area Monday and Tuesday, then merge with a front
and move back E through the waters Wednesday and Thursday. The
front will weaken into a trough and shift back W on Friday.

.REST OF TONIGHT...Around Kauai and Oahu, east southeast winds
10 to 15 knots. Elsewhere, east southeast winds 20 to 30 knots.
Seas 4 to 7 feet. Wave Detail: East southeast 5 feet at 7 seconds
and  north northwest 3 feet at 16 seconds. Isolated showers and
thunderstorms.
.MONDAY...East southeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 4 to 6 feet.
Wave Detail: East 4 feet at 7 seconds and north northwest 3 feet
at 14 seconds. Scattered showers.
.MONDAY NIGHT...East southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 4 to
