.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Intensifying low pressure over
eastern Maine will track NE of the region while a trough moves SE
across the waters tonight. High pressure will build E into the
waters late tonight and Fri, then pass E of the area Fri night. A
cold front will approach the coast Sat, then pass E across the
waters Sat night into Sun as low pressure forms and tracks
quickly NE along the front. Another broad low will develop along
the front S of area Sun, and remain S and SE of the area through
Mon night as a strong high pressure ridge builds to the N of the
region. The high pressure ridge will remain over the waters for
much of Tue before beginning to weaken as another low pressure
approaches the coast from the SW on Tue night.
