Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A ridge over the NW
portion will gradually weaken tonight. A weak low center will
form over the Oregon waters tonight into Sat. A cold front will
approach the region from the W Sat, then weaken as it moves into
the area Sat night into Sun. High pressure will build E into the
waters behind the dissipating front Sun and Sun night. The area
of high pressure will slowly retreat W of the area Mon and Mon
night as a trough persists along the Washington and Oregon
coasts. The trough will weaken Tue, while another trough
strengthens along the coast of Vancouver island Tue and Tue
night. High pressure will build again from the W Wed and Wed
night.
