.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A trough will
persist along the OR/WA coast today through Tue night before
dissipating Wed. low pressure will approach the outer waters,
then move NE across the region Wed and Wed night along with an
associated cold front. Another low pressure system will approach
the area from the SW Thu, drift slowly towards the waters Thu
night and Fri, then move just S of the waters Fri night.
