.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge will extend across the waters through Tue. Tue night low
pressure will approach the outer waters, then move NE across the
region Wed and Wed night along with an associated cold front. A
low pressure trough will strengthen along the coast of Vancouver
Island today and tonight, then persist into Tue night while
weakening, while another trough persists off the Washington and
Oregon coasts. Another low pressure system will approach the area
from the SW Thu, drift slowly towards the waters Thu night and
Fri, then move just S of the waters Fri night.
