.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A coastal low pressure trough
will be along the N and central areas tonight and Wed, slowly
weaken Wed night into Fri night, then strengthen again along the
entire coast Sat and Sat night. A high pressure ridge will remain
just W of the waters tonight through Fri, then weaken later Fri
and Fri night. A cold front will move into the N and central
areas Fri night into Sat, then dissipate. Another high pressure
ridge will build just NW of the area late Sat and Sat night, then
persist to the N and and NW of the region Sun and Sun night.
