* WHAT...West winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts up to 45 mph tonight coupled with
an extremely saturated ground due to several inches of rain
received in the past 24 hours may result in downed trees and power
lines.
